Start at KSh 1,500. Move up only when it pays.

Every Launchpad product starts at KSh 1,500 a month. The only way to find out whether customers buy from you is to put something real in front of them, so start with Core and move up when it pays.

How the tiers work

You should not have to bet KSh 5,000 to find out if this works

The entry tier is not a trial and not a demo. It is the whole product, at a price you can carry for a month or two while you find out whether the idea works.

  1. Step one

    KSh 1,500 to start

A complete, working product on your own domain, with your logo and colours, set up for you and ready to use.

  2. Step two

    Then find out

Put it in front of people. Within a month you will know whether they buy, which is the only question that matters at this stage.

  3. Step three

KSh 5,000 when you need it

Move up when the entry tier is the thing holding you back, not before. If it never is, stay where you are.

Upgrading changes your plan, not what you have built. Your setup, your data and your customers stay exactly as they are.

Every product

Four products, the same two prices

Core is KSh 1,500 a month and Pro is KSh 5,000 a month on every one. What changes is what each plan includes.

The alternative

What it costs to build this yourself

If you are not a developer, the honest comparison is not feature against feature. It is what you would have to spend to end up with the same thing. The figures below are for building a commerce platform, which is what Digital Solutions Agency replaces.

Item Build it yourself Watu Launchpad
To build it Surveys of software firms put a custom commerce platform at $3,000 to $120,000, and e-commerce builds specifically at $40,000 to $250,000 and up. $0. It is already built.
One developer, per month $1,800 to $11,300, depending on where you hire. This is usually the largest line by a distance. Included.
Monthly to run Hosting, a billing and provisioning platform licence, a domain and certificates, on top of the developer. KSh 1,500, or KSh 5,000 for the full tier. Nothing else.
Time to your first sale Weeks to months, and you are the one debugging it when it breaks. Set up in minutes. Then the work is finding customers.
Who fixes it at 2am You, or a developer you are paying to be available. We do. Running it is our job, not yours.
Products to sell You negotiate every supplier relationship yourself before you can sell anything. A catalogue of premium products, ready to sell on day one.

Figures are published survey ranges and wage medians captured in September 2026, not quotes for any one product. Developer cost is given as a range because it varies enormously by market, and the sources below let you place yourself in it.

The trade-off

You are using our platform rather than owning one, so you are not free to rebuild it however you like, and new capabilities arrive on our roadmap rather than yours. In exchange you skip the build, the hosting, the maintenance and the supplier negotiations entirely. If owning the codebase is the point for you, build your own. If selling is the point, this is faster by a wide margin.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask

Including the awkward ones.

What does this actually cost me, all in?

KSh 1,500 a month on the entry tier, KSh 5,000 on the full one. That is the whole subscription, and we do not take a cut of your sales.

Your first month on a Core plan costs less than that in most weeks. This week's price, and when it changes, is at the top of this page.

What is not included, so you are not surprised: the payment processor takes its own fee on each sale and that goes to them, not us. A domain name costs whatever your registrar charges, if you want one instead of the free subdomain. Anything in the Digital Solutions Agency catalogue you buy for your own use rather than resell is priced normally. And the Sales Funnel System's AI answers run on credit you buy in packs, starting at KSh 500.

How long until I can actually sell something?

Your product is created automatically once your payment clears, and setting it up is filling in a form rather than running a project. Nobody has to schedule anything with you.

The part that takes longer is the part we cannot do for you: finding your first customer. We can hand you a working system by this afternoon. We cannot hand you buyers.

Can I see it working before I pay?

Yes. Every product has a working demo you can ask for before you pay. Open the product's page, request demo access, and we send you a login so you can look around the real thing. In the Digital Solutions Agency demo the catalogue is real, named products, Google Workspace and the rest, not placeholders.

What we are not going to do is show you invented revenue screenshots. Anyone can produce those. We would rather you check the demo yourself and judge the product.

I have tried something like this before and it went nowhere.

Usually that story ends one of two ways. Either the technology quietly became your second job, or the thing you bought was a course that sold you a plan and no product.

We run the infrastructure, so the first failure is not yours to carry. There is no stack for you to maintain, patch or debug. And what you are buying is a working system you can use today, not training.

The part that is still on you, and we are not going to pretend otherwise: you have to find the customers. What we give you is something real to sell them.
