The AI answer runs on credit you buy from us in packs, starting at KSh 500, with no separate AI account to open and no card with another company. Larger packs cost less per reply, and the sizes and prices are shown inside the product when you top up. Credit does not expire, and when it runs out your written replies carry on exactly as before. The chat does not stop working, it stops guessing.

How you know whether it is working

Every plan shows your visits, your opt-in rate, where in the funnel people leave, and which of your saved replies people actually trigger. The comparison that matters is against your own last month, because that is the only figure that is genuinely about your business.

Crawler traffic is counted and shown separately, so a quiet week reads as a quiet week rather than as four hundred visitors who all ignored you.
Every reply is recorded as written, AI or human, so you can see whether the chat is earning its place or whether your own saved answers are carrying it.
We deliberately do not print an industry average next to your number. We looked for figures we could stand behind and found the published ones disagreeing by three to six times depending on who published them. A business might cut its ad spend on the strength of one, so we would rather show you nothing than show you that.

What people ask first

Do I need my own domain?

No. You get an address at yourbusiness.sfs.launch-pad.biz and it works immediately.

If you do have one, you can use it on either plan. A page on your own address converts better, so it is not something we hold back for the expensive tier.

Where do the emails come from?

Your own email account. You connect the sending details for an address you already have, whether that is Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho or your host.

That means mail arrives from you, not from us, and your address keeps its own reputation. We check the connection every day and tell you plainly if it stops working, because silent mail failure is the worst kind.

What actually is the free giveaway?

Something a person gets in exchange for their contact details. Six kinds come ready for your industry: a written guide as a PDF, a checklist, a discount code, a booked consultation, a calculator that works out a number for them, and a short narrated video.

There is a quiz for your trade as well, where the result they get is the thing worth having. You can replace any of it with your own, upload your own file, or have the system draft one for you on Pro. It downloads the moment they opt in, so nobody is waiting on an email to arrive.

Does the chat need my own AI account?

No, and on most plans it does not need AI at all. The replies you write yourself answer instantly on every channel, on every plan, and cost nothing to send.

AI answers are on Pro and run on credit you buy from us in packs, so there is no separate account to open and no card with another company. When the credit runs out the written replies carry on exactly as before. The chat does not stop working, it stops guessing.

What do I need to connect WhatsApp?

A WhatsApp Business account of your own, which you open with Meta directly. We connect to it; we never send on a number we control, so your customers see your business.

The website chat needs nothing at all. If you have not set up WhatsApp yet, start with the website chat and email, and add WhatsApp later.

What happens if someone does not want to be marketed to?

They still get what they asked for, and they still appear in your list as a real enquiry you can ring.

They are simply never put into an automatic sequence. You choose how the question is asked on each funnel, and we keep a record of the exact wording that was on screen when they answered, so what you have is evidence rather than a tick in a box.

What happens to my enquiries if I move down to Core?

Nothing is deleted. Anything over the Core limits becomes read-only and any funnel over the limit is taken offline, and it all comes back if you move up again.

We are not going to delete a list you spent money collecting because a payment changed.

Can I get my list out?

Yes, and you should ask that of anything that becomes your customer list. Export is on Pro, and if you are on Core and need your data out, ask us and we will get it to you.
